Jilaine began her career in public accounting in 2008 as the “Director of First Impressions” at a regional firm while attending the University of Washington. As the firm grew into a national top‑10 firm, she advanced through increasingly complex roles, ultimately serving as a Tax Principal.
Throughout her career, Jilaine has believed that the most meaningful work happens when relationships – both personal and professional – come first. Too often, quantity overtakes quality. In 2026, after 18 years in public accounting, she opened her own practice to work more intentionally with clients and to build the kind of relationships that allow for meaningful, forward‑looking planning.
Life doesn’t stand still. It shifts, evolves, and surprises us. Jilaine’s role is to guide clients through each changing season, helping them navigate compliance and planning opportunities with clarity and intention.
Her technical experience includes high‑net‑worth individuals; owners of closely held businesses (S corporations and partnerships); family limited partnerships; business transitions; IRS representation; and gift, estate, and trust matters.
